Police traffic beacons are large, heavy and costly, often prone to vehicle damage and theft and not particularly efficient  in terms of power consumption.

The emergency services traffic cone band fits securely around any traffic cone, it is extremely lightweight and presents no risk if impacted by passing vehicles. It is also less likely to become dislodged by high speed traffic.

If dropped it will not break or suffer damage easily due to it’s non rigid design and it can be stored flat in a police or emergency services vehicle, taking up a fraction of the space compared to traditional police warning lights with negligible weight implications.

Sitting in the reflective banded area of a traffic cone, the 12 blue LED’s are optimised by the very nature of the material surrounding them being highly visible for a unit operated by just 2  x AAA batteries which have a typical run time of 15 hours subject to unit setting and battery quality.
