With 3 operating modes this red/green traffic baton is a compact yet effective road safety traffic baton that is highly visible for a unit powered by just 3 x AA batteries.

Cramming 20 red and 20 green LED’s into its shorter translucent casing has the effect of concentrating the emitted light making it highly effective in low light conditions and not just during the hours of darkness. This marshalling wand offers superior performance and is designed for professional applications.

This model has no flash pattern which avoids risk of inducing strobe related illnesses and its simpler signalling functionality is sometimes considered easier to interpret by road users and operatives.

Having no flash pattern also makes it better suited for use in enclosed areas such as warehouses, alleyways and so forth as the disorienting effects of flashing light rebounding off walls are avoided.

It’s compact size means it is more convenient to handle and stow, the 3 X AA batteries keep it lightweight and are cheap and easy to replace.

Battery life is impressive even without the battery saving flash functionality with 14 hours continuous use expected from a set of quality batteries however we recommend use of rechargeable batteries for environmental reasons and economy - please look at our commercial standard battery chargers with high energy output batteries that will provide literally 000’s of hours of  extended use.

The baton has a clear polycarbonate sleeve with internal red and green LED’s which are operated via a single button which also doubles as the on/off switch. A simple single button operation reduces the risk of pressing the wrong switch during darkness or whilst wearing gloves etc...

The baton is weather resistant and will operate in severe and adverse weather conditions being gasket sealed to resist water ingress via the battery housing.  Short periods of total immersion have demonstrated this units resilience with no ill effect * please note however that the traffic safety wand was not designed for use in water.

The traffic marshalling wand also has a useful single LED torch feature housed in the nose cone.

With magnetic base and an optional tripod it can be positioned on metallic surfaces or on the ground to provide temporary demarcation lines.
